V&I Homes is a majority First Nations and veteran-owned business, founded by Justin Jones, a proud Indigenous man and former Warrant Officer in the Australian Army. With over 21 years of service, including deployments in Australia, the Solomon Islands, Afghanistan and Timor-Leste, Justin embodies resilience, discipline, and leadership.

Following his military career, he dedicated himself to advancing First Nations business opportunities, working as a Regional Manager with the Department of Industry, Science and Resources. Today, Justin leads V&I Homes with the same values that guided his service: commitment, integrity, and a vision for stronger futures.
